My sister wanted her 30th Birthday party to be a little different and Murder Mystery is what she landed on! Here's what goes into throwing a proper Murder Mystery Party:
My first tip; hire a photographer! We asked my dear friend and photography mentor George Clarence, to serve as not only the night's photographer but also part of the game! We gave him the name of George "2 Snaps" Caldwell, a Chicago Photojournalist. Worked him in perfectly to the game and mystery. All of the following pictures are shot by him.
The menu... My mother did a wonderful job of preparing the food I suggested to go with the theme. We tried to do mostly finger foods that could grazed during the actual game.
Our cake was designed by Catered to Design and was absolutely delicious!
